Meninas estou mais decidida do que nunca a eliminar o peso excedente, a ter um IMC normal, vou fazer o melhor cada dia deste mês, tenho controlado bem em tudo, mas só vou pesar sábado ou domingo, por que a monstra terminou ontem e fds estarei desinchada. Olha quero deixar paara traz os 80kg de uma vez por todas, mas para isso é preciso sair do marasmo, da loucura de fazer sempre a mesma coisa certa e até mesmo de cometer sempre os mesmos erros, é preciiso acertar.
Já estou sentindo diferença nas roupas novas que comprei, qdo me olho no espelho vejo no meu rosto e nos ombros que estão mais finos, vou providenciar uma foto e amanhã eu posto para vcs verem, mudar é preciso.
Divas não se acomodem com sua RA, mudem tudo, não faça loucuras, mas mude cardapio, mude o exercício, enfim faça a diferença, faça diferente do que faz normalmente.
Nosso organismo se acostuma com tudo, por isso é sempre necessário mudar ou vamos estagnar.
